NYCHA Standards
A searchable, filterable index of the New York City Housing Authority’s public standard details and specification sections, indexed from NYCHA’s own published library.

NYCHA publishes more than one document per section. 60 specification sections carry two or
more documents, often issued on the same day with no published field saying which one governs,
so every document is listed and the card tells you when a section holds more than one. Check the
document itself before relying on it. Details use National CAD Standard discipline
designators rather than section numbers, so they are grouped and ordered by discipline:
five of them appear here (L, S, A, P, E). NYCHA publish no mechanical details. Specifications use
CSI MasterFormat 2004.

NYCHA’s own servers. If NYCHA is unreachable the page falls back automatically to a copy mirrored on
13 August 2026 and says so at the top of the results; a document NYCHA has reissued since that date would then
show its older revision, so check against NYCHA directly once their site is back. Six section numbers whose published filename split the digits irregularly have been
normalised to MasterFormat form, with the original shown on the card; all other numbers appear exactly as NYCHA
